Our journey began when we called you about a building lot that was for sale.

Once listed and offers were made, your honesty and ability to negotiate with the buyer because you weren't "just selling a house" enabled us to come to an agreement that satisfied everyone.
Although it took a year of your life, patience and perseverance to find the right house for us to buy, it took less than 60 days from listing our home with you to our settlement.
When the lawyer handling the buyers settlement complimented us as to how easy our settlement executed and how all parties were satisfied and comfortable with what was negotiated, that spoke volumes for your professionalism, honesty, confidence and courteous handling of negotiations because all the parties were happy and content.
